Property One
Bathroom Remodel
The client's previous bathroom was not wheelchair accessible and was not suitable for personal care activities like showering and toileting. After assessing the structure and evaluating its feasibility, we decided to incorporate the adjacent bedroom to create a larger bathroom.
The new modern design features a level-access shower, providing ample space for equipment and care staff to deliver personal care effectively and safely.

Property Two
Kitchen Extension
The client's previous small kitchen was not suitable for wheelchair users due to insufficient countertop height, limited access to appliances, and a lack of turning space to safely navigate and complete kitchen tasks.
Working with my building contractor, we evaluated the building's footprint and obtained local authorities' planning and building control approval to extend and create a modern, functional, and wheelchair-accessible kitchen and dining area.

Double Access Bathroom
